For the second session of the second terms After Effects Process and Production sessions we were introduced to the 3D space that is used in the program - and we had experimented with the use of type, in this case a line of lyrics from a song, and then operated a 3D camera rig around the composition in order to sway the view of the text around for the final render.
Below is the 10 second clip that I ended up creating, as relatively basic as it may be, it was still experimental in the sense that it was a new tool to use. The camera rig is definitely something that will come up again in some of my future works because of its free nature when it operates the screen. Alongside this 3D camera effect, the rotation of the vector image that was included, the crow in the bottom right corner, is set to spin for the duration of the camera's movements.
